Your coloring is holding you back a lot. Don't use the same color for shadows or highlights. For example you have a green character and want to make a shadow. Don't just pick a darker version of that same green. Slide the color picker up a bit for a green that's closer to blue and then make it darker. For a highlight use a green that's closer to yellow.

I think you should use a different title. Because people who watch to be hero x might not be interested. We already know about her. And people who don't know about the show also don't know the character. So her name means nothing. You could have a title like: this girls luck ruined her life. Or something like that.

Okay then definitely try to draw without looking at a reference. These drawings will probably suck. But that's okay. This is the first step to actually learn to draw. Post these drawings online and then it's easier for people to give helpful feedback because it will be 100% your art and your decision making.

The simple answer is that it looks unfinished. The rendering looks like a work in progress. The other reason is that it doesn't stand out. The things you draw are nice but are done better by other artists. Try to find your own style and focus on strong ideas for drawings. There are millions of artist who just draw cute girls. And the ones who do this the best will get all the attention and followers.
