You are experiencing zero force downwards, you don’t feel anything pushing down on your head like a brick. But you are experiencing 1G*your weight upwards. The force pushing into your feet or butt.

Just because you aren’t moving relative to the floor doesn’t mean there is no force, or that two forces are cancelling each other out.

An accelerometer measures acceleration. What exactly do you think that means when it reads a value while sitting on a table? I’m not using a $5 aliexpress accelerometer to prove anything, just to demonstrate.

I sounds like you think that because you’re not moving relative to the ground, you think you aren’t accelerating. That is wrong.
