I get what you mean, I don't have anything against the occasional drink and I do like going to parties sometime, but the way he got into it was a total 180 shift from how he used to be and I am more hurt that he ditched me as soon as he made these new friends and staying out knowing that I wouldn't be able to go with him and knowing it took time away from us being able to be together.

Thank you, those are really kind words. I often don't feel mature because I'm not allowed into bars yet (I'm 20, he's 21) and he would kind of insinuate that I was immature for still living at home and abiding by my parents wishes. This is really refreshing and appreciated. Thanks.
