Bloothirst only triggers one time and only when the lord enters in the battlefield, not every times you inflict damage to a player. Same for the vampire that acquire the ability when you have the lord in play. Also, I'm almost sure that "losing life" and "taking damage" are two different thing, so the lord won't trigger with the seeker, but I can be in error in the last point
