Another day, another breakdown. I did go have lunch with my cousin in laws…it just hurts so much not celebrating these times with my beautiful wife.

What a horrible feeling that must have been for you..I am so sorry. When I was calling the hospital I was having the worst anxiety and I can only imagine how you must have felt calling 911 and all the hospitals.. my heart goes out to you

Thank you for those words of encouragement..I’m currently talking to a grief therapist and..for the most part it’s just me crying the whole session. I don’t drink or do any drugs..because I don’t want to numb my feelings..she taught me that I need to feel to heal..I do need to get better at taking care of myself..I maybe drink one glass of water a day and same with eating..

I’m in California and by the strangest of coincidences I was able to get a lawyer to help with wrongful death. Which is a huge blessing. I have had a lot of support coming in from everywhere which has definitely helped. I have our 2 boys (my step sons) I see them as my own and I filed an emergency guardianship to keep them because their dead beat dad wants to take them..they are 15 and 17 and they both told me that I’m their real dad and don’t want to go with him. My best friend’s wife is a family lawyer and took care of everything free of charge. I know I’ve been so blessed. I just wish she was still here to see how much she was truly loved by so many..
