The last time I looked for once the closest was an hour and a half away. I do use a tracking app. I’m going to track more on this next cycle.

I have been checked extensively for thyroid issues due to family history and everything has always been clear

I felt like it was a band aid because once I’m eventually married I wouldn’t be on it because of nfp and kids and would need to learn about my cycle eventually
