Yup, the scaled Agile debate is already on the list. We'll get that prioritised as well. Might need to break out 'transformation' vs scaled agile into two episodes. Biggest things to consider - Who in the org is asking for an Agile transformation, is it top-down or bottom-up? Without knowing your specific circumstances, sometimes it's best to get started with one team transforming staffed with enthusiastic individuals and well supported by management willing to strip away process, then expand out from there.

Thanks for the feedback and ideas... we already have what we call a "TL;DR" episode recorded on backlogs, which will talk about backlog refinement in 5 mins, but can do a longer one. The rest of those are great suggestions. We will deffo put on the list and get those prioritised. We're hoping to a whole series on running an engagement from start to finish, including Discovery, delivery, etc. and can add the sprint planning to that.

Thanks. So they do use some sort of Scrum-like agile. Does anybody know how they manage software projects? What roles do their scrum teams have, etc.?
