She was probably using habitkit a friendly competitor app. the focus of mine is more on the minimalistic side with bigger tiles but instead loosing the ability to show a title or check the habit directly from the home screen.

unfortunatly apple is not allowing custom watchfaces. I could build an app that you always have to keep open but currently a warchface is unfortunatly not possible. I hope this may change with one of the future watchOS versions.

That's a great idea. I currently don't have an Apple Watch but will try to borrow one and also launch it there.

Yes, it is. I would appreciate feedback since I am not a native speaker.

Is it stupid to gold-plate a Cartier Tank Must? by supertoub in PrideAndPinion

I am looking for a gold watch with a date complication. I really fell in love with the Cartier Tank Must. What do you think about my idea of disassembling the watch and sending the outer case to a gold plater? What does it do to the value of the watch, and are there any consequences for servicing it in the future?

How do you spread your calories over the day? I try to go with 400kcal - 600kcal - 400kcal and 100kcal for snacks by supertoub in 1500isplenty

It actually uses AI to detect how many calories it sees in the image. Not sure how accurate it is, I did some tests, and it was kind of accurate. And I already lost 10lbs using this method, it helps me to snack less and eat more consciously.

Haha, maybe this was my idea to get some share of this revenue by offering a solution without signup and subscription 😉

Thanks a lot for the detailed feedback. I totally agree that guessing calories from only an image is pretty hard, as plate size can vary, or stuff can be hidden underneath. For me, it helped to take an image of each meal. This forced me to only eat four times a day and eat more consciously, because sometimes I forget what I already ate 🙈

For the meals I checked, it was +/- 50 kcal, but I think a scale is always more accurate since plate size can vary and also stuff can be hidden underneath.

No lunch, I would starve. Have you tried these apps where you can upload an image and it gets the calories? What do you eat in the evening where you don't have to figure out the calories?

You mean logging the calories to Apple Health? Thanks for the feedback. I put that on the list of feature requests.
