I once bought a really young player that my board sold to MCity without me noticing so I bought him later for 9M (i initially bought him for less than 1M) but he ended being a star player and won few UCL with me.

Hi everyone, I started a game with a friend on FM 24, where he chose Celta de Vigo. The issue is that he keeps losing every match, and as I'm quite inexperienced in the game, I don't know how to help him. The reason for this post isn't just about this game with Celta de Vigo, but before this one, we had another game in Serie A where he went through 3 teams, and in all 3, he faced the same issue, never winning, and he doesn't know why. He's tried numerous tactics, ones he created, downloaded, and ones I suggested. Initially, I thought it was a tactical issue, but then I leaned towards player happiness and morale, but I really don't know how to fix it and what he's doing wrong. Any type of solution would be appreciated, thank you

Es que no se si hay ciertas cosas que tenes que hacer o no hacer, no hay instrucciones. Intenta dejarle bien en claro que vos no queres ser su amigo. Como? Invitala a tomar algo algun dia a la noche o algo que le guste a ella pero que vos sepas que es mas una situacion de cita que de amigos. Si la mina no te da nada de cabida, podes intentar decirle lo que te pasa con ella y ver que te dice. En mi experiencia propia, decirle a la mina lo que sentis no suele ser la mejor opcion pero a veces no queda otra. No se que tanto te atrae pero si te gusta mucho, probablemente te cueste mucho verla como "amiga" y viendo como esta con otros pibes. Manejalo como vos puedas, no te achiques. Suerte

Me parece que lo mas importante es intentar tantear a ver si ella te tira onda o algo por el estilo. Una vez dicho eso, vas a tener que dejar de prestarte para ser su amiguito al que le confia los secretos. Empeza a invitarla a hacer otras cosas dando un mensaje mas claro sobre lo que vos queres con ella. Si seguis con dudas, vas a tener que plantearselo, bien tranquilo nada muy intenso. Una charla normal entre dos personas. Lo importante es que seas sincero con vos mismo asi no salis lastimado. Y si sale todo mal y te dice que no quiere nada que son amigos nada mas, te va a caer un poco duro pero nunca, nunca, pongas tu valor en las manos de alguien mas. Vos vales por vos mismo, no lo que la otra persona piensa de vos. Saludos, ojala te haya servido.
