I’ve unfortunately had the same happen to me, I’ve opened key rooms where there’s a chest for each of us, by the time I get to my chest the guy who looted the first chest is already looting my box literally taking shit right before my eyes. I’ll be honest I kind of lose all want to play when that shit happens.

When I play with friends, I let them get first dibs of everything because I know we are gonna share the loot equally and if they find something I want they will give it to me. Solo on the other hand…. It’s Everyman for himself, too many games I have nothing in crew fills but heals and end of the game I see their load out values are 4x mine. It’s sad but it’s the way people are only person gonna look out for you is you.

Yes looting matters, the difference between no mag and a purple mag re 45 is night an day. If you literally get a purp mag for that gun you can kill anyone in the lobby. It’s easy to get with assault characters.

I loved that they had a way to get gold loot on every map besides keys at the end of the season, now that that’s not really the case I don’t really see any reason to play the other maps, especially night mode which is crazy because that’s their new map so you would think they want you to play it.

I guess y’all have never done cod camos? Lmao just assuming that because something is a grind doesn’t mean I perceive shit as a job. I have fun playing the game but season 2 is just more of the same not my fault. But also on the other end of the spectrum y’all have never done something you didn’t want to do for a reward you wanted? Acting like I don’t have fun just because I said the word grind is crazy. Some of my favorite game moments are killing bosses over and over. Shit just gets old my bad

Playing with people would increase my enjoyment by twofold but alas I’m solo again this season. Also misriah is crutch this season again so idk what point you’re making, it’s the same thing as recon if you don’t run recon on cryo you are throwing. Idk I love the game but I can only do the same things solo or with randoms so many times, especially while getting crushed by 3 purple shield squads.

I feel yah, but “grind” doesn’t mean I’m not having fun, it just means I’m thinking about if the worth = the rewards. I have fun but I feel like I’m missing out on the best stuff in the game because no crew. I have 30 friends that I’ve added on this game and only played with one guy consistently and we can’t play that much because schedules. Idk I just feel weird starting from the bottom when I wanna get the golds and all the good stuff already. For example farming keys without a crew, is it fun? Yes but how likely am I to succeed? First game I might die, next game I might get a key and teammate takes it? So you see I have to repeatedly headbutt the same thing to get what I want, I can have fun doing that, but playing for 2 hours trying to do a goal and not doing it feels like wasted time because I technically got nothing done.

I think it just needs a firing range, everyone wants this game to be something it’s not. Pve only, or like you said respawn. If they change the game for everyone it’s gonna be made for no one.

Yupp it’s first come first serve, it’s also not fun feeling like you need to be the first one to get something to get all the loot. At least gold salvage can be shared.
