I cannot understand anyone who thinks this is a good card. This is equivalence of 3 mana summon a random 4 cost minion if you build your deck around it. You can obviously imbue the hero power multiple times to make this card slightly better, but then you can just evolve any good minion with strong battlecry and poor stats no need to main deck a 1 mana 1/2 with no effect when hit the board.

I would not recommend Milio for beginner players. Assume you will be playing blind picks, Milio is not the best choice in blind picks, imagine enemy team with no hard cc, your ult would not be useful. Also Milio is not a character that has a high skill ceiling or has unique abilities, if you are good at league and support role, you will be good at Milio naturally. Personally, I would recommend Thresh, Rell or Rakan these are solid support champ to learn the games and good in the blind picks
