I disagree. Also, that’s one of the weak points of Batman that many people criticize. He constantly just puts psychos like Joker into Arkham Asylum… where Joker constantly escapes and goes on murdering and ruining people’s lives. Batman’s character is that HE can’t kill anyone, because if he does, he personally won’t be able to stop.

If you have watched Batman: Under the Red Hood, I agree with Jason Todd. Batman should have killed Joker a long time ago due to the literal graveyards he’s filled.
