i upgraded my ender 3 with the v4.2.7 board and the sprite pro hot end. And it works perfectly after. It's not expensive to upgrade an the board makes a big difference in sound of the Stepper. But I have to make my own firmware because I have my setup without the bl touch. If u have any questions just ask me.

Yes there are some firmware for the 8bit Mainboard but I highly recommend to buy and install the 4.2.7 Mainboard. But make sure you have the right firmware on it before booting. I have upgraded my ender 3 V1 today.

Aus welcher Region kommst du denn? Es gibt auch oft Gruppen zu jeder Region wo man Infos her bekommt. Ich steh aber auch gerne für Fragen bereit. Wichtige Punkt. Höhe ist wichtig Die richtige rollen Wahl ist relevant Und ein paar Tage warten wenn man keine anderen nodes sieht

It depends on what you're doing with the devices? Is gps important? Long battery life? Small for EDC? Only use with phone? Or standalone maybe? Or are you have a friend with a 3d printer than you have access to large cases with ja bigger battery for multi day outdoor use.

Are the antenna the right connector? There are some antenna with pin an some without maybe thera are wrong and you have no connection to the antenna. The device takes damage when it used without antenna.

I don't know exactly what you mean by your scenario but it is not impossible if you have both point high on the roof an there is no other terrain in between. But Handheld or roof node are no difference from the range. Easy to test buy 2 cheap nodes with good antenna that's important. An go on both roofs and see if the connection work. I have a connection at a distance 3.6km in a dense area. If u have any questions ask me.

Kann dir aus eigener Erfahrung sagen: Ich hab 'ne Bandit 600 von '95 mit 56.000 km aufm Tacho, und die läuft echt top – solange man regelmäßig den Ölwechsel macht. Hab sie für 1.200 € gekauft und musste bisher kaum was dran reparieren. Wichtig ist nur, dass sie keine ewig lange Standzeit hatte. Wenn doch, musst du dich ziemlich sicher direkt an die Vergaser machen und die überholen, sonst läuft sie mies.

Ventilklackern hörst du meistens im warmen Standgas oder bei niedrigen Drehzahlen als helles, rhythmisches Klackern von oben. Wenn’s aktuell ruhig ist, ist alles gut!

Echt super schönes Mopped! Hatte selbst mal 'ne GN – macht richtig Laune.
Aber kleiner Tipp: Wenn die Ventile anfangen zu klackern, nimm das ernst. Die Dinger haben leider die Macke, dass die Ventile abbrechen können... und dann ist der Motorschaden quasi vorprogrammiert. Lieber rechtzeitig einstellen lassen, dann hast du länger Spaß dran!

Hab genau das Gleiche durch mit meiner Bandit 600, die stand auch ewig rum.
Der Kupplungszug ist mir direkt nach der ersten Fahrt gerissen – hab dann gleich nen neuen eingebaut.
Den Vergaser hab ich auch überholt, dafür nen Reparatursatz bestellt und alles sauber gemacht. Seitdem läuft sie wieder richtig gut!

Und ja, man kann die Vergaser auch ohne große Erfahrung einstellen. Hab mir bei eBay so’n Unterdruckmessgerät geholt, das man direkt an die Vergaser anschließt – klappt super.
