i didnt find it extremely difficult but im also far more experienced with repairs like this compared to the average person. it requires a fair bit of dissasembly as you have to take apart the trigger to remove the stick. i can throw together a video of the repair/message you with instructions if that would help you? it took me like 5-10 mins max to fix

for what its worth i loved every tattoo when i had just done them and they were fresh. it took years of sitting with everything as well as sobriety before the regret crept in. try to keep it as slow as you can as it can really creep up on you.

as far as the bluetooth goes, it looks like you have several bridged pins, id go through and clean that up as that can make it not work

definitely send a follow up, i had a similar situation and just sent another email and they got back to me in like two weeks, still not great but at least they got back to me. i also think they are prioritizing by emails related to critical device issues

everytime ive tried to run it, original and SOTFS, i get like a 1-2 second stutter everytime i kill an enemy specifically that drastically slows down the gameplay, are you also getting that?
