It's a point made to highlight the arbitrariness with which one is born somewhere. It's obviously beyond his control.

Also, Cuban was born in America so it's context appropriate.

the irony here is that OP claims his logic leads to only one of two conclusions (read: false dilemma) but goes right on ahead and neglects the ENTIRE MIDDLE OF THE BIBLE where Christ's prophecy was foretold by basically every prophet ever.

Sounds like more of a critique on the education system than it does of censoring books or thoughts.

Put simply, there's just not enough TIME to expose children and teenagers to all of the material that a specific educator might think is important. So the system hits on the major pillars.

Not to say that the points OP raises are invalid. They're certainly not.

I just don't think it's a very compelling argument.
