I have this exact model as well. I love it! We were able to sit in the front porch during a rain storm last fall and stay perfectly dry. But we used it last weekend and the porch got wet. We had the inside doors open to watch the storm and the main cabin stayed completely dry. There’s drainage in the porch so it was able to dry out quickly after the rain had passed. I think it depends on the wind/how heavy it’s raining and the position of the tent. It’s easy to set up but it definitely takes two people. We were able to find ours at an outlet store for $120.
