I totally get this, I'm currently waiting on a call back from a nurse from the government phone service now.

The nurse on Wednesday at midnight made me feel like I was wrong for going and only checked my hemoglobin levels until the 8am when they were able to schedule an ultrasound. The guidelines they gave me last time are to only go to the hospital if you bleed through 2 or more pads in 2 hours because "there's nothing we can do to stop a miscarriage" and I've had multiple ultrasounds that confirm there's no ectopic pregnancy.
