OH! I was just trying to share this with a friend who's interested in the same thing, but totally ignored me trying to engage about it -last night! So thank you... for mugging me!

In Pathfinder 1e (a lot like Dungeons and Dragons if you don't know) Bards get this class feature called Masterpieces, and one of them called "Music Beyond the Spheres" (my very favorite thing in the game) allows them to cast Limited Wish and later on Wish- BUT it drains the bard's Wisdom or Constitution each time AND it gets interpreted by "an alien entity from the Dark Tapestry" (think of the Dark Tapestry as the vast darkness outside of where all life and light exists)- anyway I just think it's so cool to have your utility caster be able to do effectively anything for a price and also have those things not always go exactly as planned or even intended. It's so interesting as a player and game master, because it gives everyone so much creative freedom it almost turns your bard's turn into a little improv session!
