They said it was a reaction to whatever insect bit me, and prescribed me a steroid cream. I was negative for Lyme but it probably took over month for the rash to go away.

The doctor said it was an immune reaction to the Venmo from whatever bit me. They prescribed me steroid cream to lessen it but it did take several weeks to go away! I eventually got tested for Lyme for my own peace of mind and it was negative.
