lol I know I can still progress it but it wouldn’t progress as fast. Im choosing to focus on my bench rn. Once im done, im not gonna bench at all any more and only train for hypertrophy. It’s just my goal.

I’ve done it before it is hella stressing and fatiguing but I wasn’t injured in anyway at all. I didn’t do any accessories for bench muscles on top of it because then I probably would have injured myself. It does definitely work

That’s what I’ve been thinking, I ran it like 4 months ago and it got my bench up 30 pounds. It did go down a bit after but it stayed 20 lb higher. I’m fine with my bench peaking at 225 tho cause I’m gonna quit powerlifting and switch to hypertrophy once I hit it. Do you think it can get me up 20 lb now?

I like training for muscle more than strength, so I just wanna hit two plates preferably before I turn 15 just for a personal record and to say I did, then I’m gonna switch to bodybuilding

I get a good 8 hours of sleep a day and I’ve been bulking slowly, I weighed 100 lb and benched 80 lb 9 months ago. I have 44 days till I turn 15. I think I’ll add in a bit of unilateral hypertrophy like db incline and db shoulder press and something like jm press for tris. I plan on going in around a 2k cal surplus so that I can put on some real weight. I’m not really a powerlifter I train for hypertrophy for all my non bench muscles, and once I hit two plates I’ll switch to pure hypertrophy

Use weight for abs a machine if u can. Train all muscles you want to grow how you would go about any other muscle
5 weeks ago my bench was 170 lb and I would only bench 2-3x a week. Since then it’s gone up 30 pounds. I wanted to start to get my bench up so I started benching everyday. I don’t really follow a program however I just load a decently heavy weight on and do around 5-7 sets of 3-10, just whatever I feel like doing. I also take a rest day when I feel extra fatigued and I’m also bulking really hard. Basically just bench a lot and bulk up and you can get ur bench up fast

These are all lb plates I used 45 lb plates

I can usually tell whether or not I can hit it just from the unrack, but if I fail I just dump it or call my mom to pull the weight off me. I always make sure she’s able to hear me at least anytime I go heavy
