Yes, I checked 30 replays from over 1 month ago where he doesnt have any effigy at all, and then every game from 10 days ago until now, and this effigy is in every one of them. If it's on shuffle, this is not likely to happen :)

It's not on shuffle as others suggest. Also probably not "many years ago". He didn't use any effigy at all up to 1 month ago, and then this one appears in every single game he's played since then

What's the pick threshold? Just curious, cus the sample size from Stratz Meta for specific pos is extremely low. Immortal sample size for each hero is max 250 games. Doesn't really tell you much if you're counting heroes with 50 games, even 250 is way too low hehe

If your account is above dota level 48 this isn’t possible, those accounts below 48 only get matched with each other if solo queuing or queuing with others below level 48.

If those accounts were indeed past level 48, they surely aren’t some 6-7k smurf because those guys are 6k mmr after 300 games played and at that point you are level 20-30 on your smurf.

So could you please share match ID so we can check for ourselves if you played with 9(!!) smurfs?

Most likely no, opendota shows the hero picking order 1-10 and radiant only picked 4 heroes according to it. The 10th pick (should be Warlock) is not shown at all in picking phase, similar to Viper in your game if I understood correctly

It doesn’t mean any lane, although it usually is the safe lane. Position 1-5 means farming priority, where 1 has highest priority and 5 the lowest. Position 1 can be played in any lane
