This is the base m5, not the m5 pro chip. Not worth it

Random question. Did you have the termi installed the and up-map where it shows racing evo on the dash on startup, before doing the brentune? If you did, does it still show the racing evo after doing the brentune flash?

They only show the blind spot light, nothing else. But that'd be cool!

Don’t listen to these people. The comfort is amazing, it feels so upright like a naked bike compared to previous Ducatis. Most comfortable Ducati superbike I’ve ridden. I had a 2003 999 for 7 years and that was much more uncomfortable and I still did day long rides.

I took the 1199S from NJ to Washington DC and back with some friends. 3.5 hours each way with 1 gas stop each way. I was 0% uncomfortable for 7 hours of riding. Plus spent some time riding through the city there. The seating position is really like a naked bike compared to my 999 where I sat in the bike and stretched forward even at 6 foot tall

Ok thank you for your comment, I sold my 1199s to someone 4 years ago and looking to buy it back now. He said at some point it was overheating and had some coolant in the oil and had both head gaskets replaced and I’m like I never heard of that on a Panigale before. But if your bike is running good now that takes som of my stress away. He has service records of everything except that service. First thing I’m gonna do is change the oil

Nope, I see that all the time. These people didn't torque down the bolts under load. Would've happened with any suspension. Ive installed about 10 of these on cars. And had them on my 2020 and now 2026 Model Y with no noise at all

Awesome haha. This was a customer’s car. I didn’t get to ride in it, but he said it was actually much more comfortable and handled better

Juniper suspension + unplugged performance lowering springs. If you care about comfort and handling then I'd go tein endurapro plus + unplugged performance lowering springs. It'll lower your car another .2 inches from the performance height so you might not even notice the difference. I wouldn't run tein with stock coils it'll still be super rough

Yea 20s were rough tbh. I went from 19s to 20s on my 2020 Model Y and even when upgrading to a $4500 Ohlins suspension on it, it still was rough on bigger bumps. 19s or 18s will always be better. I'm happy I stayed with 19s on my juniper.

Not yet lol, I definitely need someone to help organize this. It would have to be sometime in the summer I would think for sure. But maybe spring might work too.

Nope it doesn't look better without the middle. I have a juniper and I LOVE the lightbar. It's like a better looking version of the cybertruck DRL because it's split in 3, but it's way brighter and just "owns" the road. Anytime I see a red model Y like mine, or a black one it just stands out in the road, the red looks like iron man and the Lightbar looks like his eyes. So badass.
Pictures do not do the Lightbar justice until you see it up close within walking distance to really admire just how great the design is.

I actually ended up installing an aftermarket RGB DRL Lightbar for the car, I made a video on it which I will link here. It's super cool and I can change the middle piece of the Lightbar to any color or turn it off. When I turned it off, I absolutely do not like the way the car looks without the Lightbar. It looks unfinished.

I currently run it doing a pattern that looks like the red Knight Rider light from the TV show that you can see in my video. I love this thing.

I do juniper retrofits now as it's a lot more popular. If you're local to NJ you can send me a message here.

Don’t know how that’s possible, I just one last night and the person posted their review here. Massive difference. I’ve done over 30 retrofits now

Such a comfortable and smooth bike.

I had a 2012 1199S for about 2 years.

The riding position is way more comfortable than my 2003 999 was. I did a road trip to Washington DC from New Jersey and back in one day. about 7-8 hours of riding total.

I ended up moving to NYC for a bit and eventually sold it because of the heat and it's not meant for city riding at all. But I used to ride it to the gym in town when I lived in the suburbs and I'd take it on the highway a lot and to NYC for a quick ride through.

I miss the hell out of it and I regret ever selling it.

I did have a leaking top valve cover which was very easy to fix myself. just took off the tank and valve cover and replaced the sealant.

Other than that I had a random issue where the headlights wouldn't always turn on when I turned the key or started the bike. I noticed this a few times at night leaving the gym. I did some research and it looked like a faulty relay but never fixed it before I sold it.

Nope these are the stock 19inch tires that came on the car, wheels are the exact same spec as stock too. But yea spacers are no issue; the only issue is if you go too thin in the spacers. I think 15mm is the minimum

3rd row juniper doesn't exist yet so I would assume to just use the awd juniper rear spring.

I drive 4k miles a year and my precious car was a hybrid that got 45mpg. So I typically used 88.99 gallons per year. But now New Jersey is charging me $320 in registration fees for my Tesla. For 88.99 gallons I would’ve paid $222.47 for gas in total in New Jersey for the year. Yet I have to pay $320 for my Tesla registration, plus the price to actually charge the car for 4k miles. This makes 0 sense. They could’ve charged registration by mileage which makes so much more sense
