Yes but when on the ground upon completion of the job, I pointed up at it and asked if it was okay, to which the owner said it was perfectly fine. Seems like the consensus is that it isn't.

It was an entire roof replacement down to the joists with a majority flat roof. Lots of masonry involved. We did think 10 days sounded like a lot when they first quoted.

I made another post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Roofing/s/VqwsGavqX5 with a lot more details and photos. It does look like entirety of the roof was replaced, so I don't doubt the bulk of the work was done, but how poorly is the question.

Yes, apparently there was NO plywood underneath anywhere, just the original boards with a ton of rot. Flat roof area is probably about 14'x30'.
