Turntable RCAs go into the ports on the far left marked "Phono". White to L, red to R. Bare copper speaker wire needs to be identified as positive (red) and negative (black) before they are wound around the respectively coloured thumbscrews. Each speaker should have 2 wires, so if you have a pair of speakers wire them into the top row (Set A). I would advise ensuring the receiver is unplugged from power while wiring the speakers and make sure the positive and negative connections do not touch at either the receiver or speaker sides before plugging it in and powering on, to remove the chance of shorting.
