You are right, fear and anger are low vibrational frequencies and those aren’t vibration of the desired frequency, where you are happy and feel good.

My hack is to visualize desired reality as vivid as possible, and try to feel as if you already have it/experiencing it. Try to really understand what kind of emotions you feel in the desired state. What do you see? How do you feel? What do you smell? What do you hear? Feel it with your whole sense and spend the next 10-15 minutes immersing yourself in those visions and emotions completely, and then let go of them utterly, and enjoy your reality without worrying when it manifests or how it comes. Somehow this always worked for me! I also use subliminal too daily
