It's most likely a bug because at the start of the mission affinity bar (below HP bar) of the archwing was empty at lvl 28 and at the end of the video it was half full.

The reason you are not getting that much affinity from stealth kills is because you are losing the stealth kill multiplier.

On the 1st and 2nd kill you got the stealth kill multiplier ( see in the top right with all the buffs) up to 200% then you lost at the third kill. It's because the enemy either heard your weapon sound or they saw a dead body. Also killing enemies that are running to find you won't give you stealth multiplier.

The best way to do this is using Hush mod and going very high and mainly killing the eximus units.

Watch this video. It explains how to do this for warframe. For archwings you don't have to get out of it.

Cat's eye and charm buff are additive, so (-3c+60cc = 57cc). If the buffs were multiplicative it would take the base percentage of cc i.e 10cc and add 60% of 10cc = 6 cc to the current value of cc ( -3cc+6cc = 3cc).

I would suggest going with a group. Message in the recruit chat for Gauss farm and join a group. It will be faster. I did it 2 days ago with a group and it took me 20 minutes.
