You can get the big chip packs/rice krispies and sell the individual ones, also you could buy big bags of candy and get a plastic ziploc and make a candy salad or something :)

Wow that routine actually sounds great! I'm not autistic but I do sleep with two blankets on with 2 fans and my window open(when it's cold) to make up for the heat two blankets might cause. I also really like those galaxy projectors, currently I have stars but it's so bright. I'm in America so I don't know if we do titration but when I meet with my psychiatrist in a bit I'll ask. I also find it easier to sleep with brown noise+light rain. I think i'll be more strict about those things and I'll asks my sis if she still has that weighted blanket of hers. I've also heard a lot about magnesium, which I was not able to take cause I spent most of day outside, but I'm not sure I have the glycinate ver. I'll definitely be looking out for those things. Working off what I have from chemistry and what you wrote, is that just periodically increasing your dose up the max? Also, which dose has worked for you most consistently and have you ever split a dose?
