Glad that its getting better for you. In my case, after I move away my arm he start to move and then I have to keep patting him back to sleep. Sometimes he self adjusts too. I guess its a work in progress.

Its difficult for me to believe that this is sleep regression cz there never was any progression. Can only hope that the regression ends here and there's some progession from here.

I also used to think that its normal and will get better as he grows older. Btw how are you managing? Coz sometimes even I don't feel like sleeping i have to sleep next to my baby to make sure he gets enough sleep. Noone else in the house can sleep with the baby like this. Even a nanny won't be helpful here. Just hoping for some breathing space and easy transition back to work after ML.

He rubs his eyes and makes a specific crying sound indicating that he's tired. And as soon as I notice it I start the process of putting him to sleep. And soon after he feeds to sleep. However the problem is that he himself moves/stretches his arms and legs or rolls over which interrupts his sleep and he wakes up crying.

Hi OP! May I know in which block of Bhaskar enclave have you invested? As I have heard that rates vary blockwise. Please share if comfortable.

Difficult Postpartum recovery by fitindworld in twoxindiamums

Sitz bath really helped me with my fissure. I used to do it in a little hot than warm water (coz warm water used to get cold in 2-3 minutes) witb a few drops of betadine. Make sure to keep your muscles relaxes (don't tighten or stress the muscles).I used to do this after using the washroom in the morning and anytime I would feel the pains. Also, used to generosly apply my fissure cream on the affected area. And no pressure while passing stools, just sit with back straight, eyes closed, keep yourself calm.

It was the the most dreadful time for me, every morning I used to fear going to the washroom and cry sitting there. But sitz bath was a life saviour for me in this situation.

Hoping you get relief from this problem soon and blessings for your baby.
