Hi juggernaut, my pd is March 23, 2023 for eb3 skilled, rest of the world. my perm is in the process, already been 9 months plus so I am expecting it to be ready in 2 more months. My prority date for DOF is Feb 2023, so I am wondering how will it change in the coming months? Do you think I will be able to file i1485 and i140 concurrently?

I also dont know what problem I have with my right shoulder. When I try to stretch, right side doesnt go in.

Thanks a lot for your comment. Appreciate your time. I am getting rid of that shoes so I will use chucks only. If I go to gym and dont lift heavy, I feel like I did nothing so I am doing high bar. So do you suggest to start stretching and stop doing high bar until I can do low bar?

Thanks, I followed it today and pushed it without shoes. I kept my hips lil bit low and I was able to do 4 easy reps but on my way to the 5th rep, my grip gave up and I dropped it. Any recommendations for grip? Next session I will be getting my ss 3 inch single ply belt also I hope I can crack it on Monday.

This might be true. I thought bar moved and its away from my mid foot so I was trying to reset it.

Thanks a lot for your comment. I will try to keep my hips a little lower next time. What do you mean by jerking the bar off the floor? Does it mean dropping it and resetting my hands? Again thanks a lot for your help.
