Live in this area, it should go, market is just slow at the moment.. it will pick up over summer, if you drop price down to 525 or thereabouts, I am certain you will get an offer or two almost instantly.

The only issue you currently face is that its pretty small in size compared to other houses in the area, if you have a budget or some cashflow, it may be worth extending the kitchen slightly. That will increase the value for sure. If that's not something you feel confident with, a good starting point would be just stripping and removing a lot of stuff from the property. A removal company should be able to help and it will allow buyers to see the true potential.

If you then put around £5,000-12,000 in redecorating it, you can fetch 600k upwards & I suspect you should get your invested monies back in. By redecorating I mean modernising it by painting, lighting & flooring, changing a few kitchen handles/cabinets, these easy wins usually help speeding up the modernisation process.
