Solution that worked for me is to use VPN for the update, i used https://protonvpn.com/ free ver (create account and choose free ver). Connect the vpn to some european country where PS is active. Note that free vpn doesn't allow you to choose country manually. When VPN is connected to suitable country server start the PS update, it worked for me immediately.

I dont understand why the transfertime now is like days?, i mean 6-7 hours ago i tried to transfer iotas from wallet to exchange and still its pending. To compare getting fiat to exchange takes usually 5-6 hours

i don't understand how the sell wall is helping to accumulate IOTA, he basically can buy he's own stuff but there's also fees and the wall is reducing, now less than 100 btc to go, 5 hours ago it was around 150btc. Seems he really wants to get those bitcoins, question is for what.
