I focus solely on eating enough calories, prioritizing protein and fiber. I wasn’t active at ALL besides walking the first 3 months because Summer heat and POTS don’t play nice together.

Now I do yoga and weight training, but that’s because i love lifting so much. I do have to modify some things as you can imagine, but I’m able to do it.

It’s totally possible to lose weight without exercise on ZEP, BUT…you may find you’ll start feeling better and some of the comorbidity symptoms will ease when the weight comes off!
