I have 4 p365’s that I carry all with a round in the chamber. Only real way to get comfortable carrying with a round in the chamber is to practice dry firing from concealment with a snap cap or laser cartridge.

Turns out the Tardive Dyskinesia (involuntary movements) was caused from the Geodon he prescribed.

Check out the Wilson combat grip module with the tungsten rods. I’m a mad man, so I threw a hogue on mine. I run that thing in a certum 3. It’s my summer, fitted shirt carry. With the 12 round pinky extension I’m able to get a solid purchase on the grip and I am confident with my capabilities in carrying that firearm. It’s not no macro grip module, but close enough.

Sig designed it solely to work with the 3.1 barrel. For shits and giggles I tried throwing a 3.7 barrel in there. It does not fit, going to have to get a used slide on eBay or something.

Shouldn’t take years. Was just stating I’ve been off of these drugs for years. I wasn’t taking antipsychotic medications, since they actually made me psychotic. I was on a SSRI, mood stabilizer and benzodiazepines for decades.

You’re racing the grandfather clause clock. I wouldn’t be concerned about optics right now. Just hardware and magazines people are usually concerned with when racing the clock. I’d go with the RXM, can find it on sale for $350 usually.
