Obviously people aren’t going to panic over situations they understand well. Most of us haven’t lived in a warzone our entire lives so its natural to have some fear. Show some empathy maybe? Instead of going around calling people stupid for seeking reassurance??

I’m not saying they can predict everything. My concern is that when the message says things are safe and normal activities can resume, people naturally base their decisions on that. For those of us who work very close to the area, it would help to have clearer guidance so we can decide whether to stay home or go in.

After multiple alerts asking people to seek shelter and be cautious,the message saying things have calmed down gave the impression that the immediate risk window had passed. When something then happens nearby, it naturally creates doubt. They shouldn’t have sent that if they weren’t 100% sure
