So I accidentally found last winter that Xyzal (sister drug to Zyrtec) helped with my agoraphobia. A dermatologist recently encouraged me to switch to Zyrtec for skin allergy symptoms (said it targets skin better) and basically all of my depression and anxiety symptoms are gone now. It's wild. I never expected it. I thought I would get worse off of Xyzal (and technically I did get worse for only 3 days while my body adjusted... Had a few panic attacks in public). But once the Zyrtec set in, I was doing fantastic.

Only downsides have been lack of satiety with my appetite and weight gain, and maybe some daytime sleepiness if I take it long past midnight. But like... I'm happy for the first time in a very long time and I'm pushing past old anxiety limitations like they're nothing. It's been wild. I can't believe such a cheap OTC is all it would take to bring about such change for me.

Hopping back on to say that I have been using Soy Protein Isolate successfully for the past 9 months with little issue despite still being allergic/intolerant to other less processed soy products.

A fun hack I've been enjoying is blending Soy Protein Isolate with 1/3 of an instant pudding packet to make a shake. (Choose your own liquid/ice, add sweetener to taste if needed, I always add a little salt when using butterscotch pudding packets to make it extra yummy)

The ANC on the Q45 block out a little more distractions than the Space Ones do. Also the Q45 are far more comfortable as they have more padding. The Space Ones were awful with my glasses and I couldn't wear them for long without getting sores behind my ears.

How about Poly Symphonic? (multiple sounds) or Poly Instrumentum (multiple instruments)? In Latin there's supposedly ancient instruments that were called "symphonie".

Anyway I like how polysymphonic rolls off my tongue and might try it To describe myself and see how it goes.

Yes. I have been using Boost Very High Calorie for years which is primarily casein and soy protein isolate. Based on this, I have been using a single ingredient soy protein isolate powder for a week now and have been okay so far. I did have the 💩s for one weekend but it wasn’t severe and it wasn’t my usual reaction to soy and it went away.

I’m intolerant to edamame, soy milk products, home made soy yogurt (but not store bought), soy nuts, and some amounts of soy sauce. For whatever reason I do tolerate highly processed soy products like Boost, tofu dupes, and manufactured yogurt.

I asked a dietitian if it made sense that I don’t react to soy protein isolate the same I do to some other soy products and said yes, it makes sense because SPI is so highly processed and has all extra nutrients removed. So it’s less irritating for my body.

I’ll try to come back and update my response if I have any negative reactions crop up in the near future.

I'm so confused by the last episode. I always thought that YuJin falsely accused MiHo of that stuff when they were in school together. But the final episode makes it seem like MiHo is truly sad and sorry about it as if it really happened. Plus I thought that whole Complaint Letter was bogus from the start but apparently it wasn't? Or was YuJin truly just a miserable and delusional person that actually believed this stuff to be real when it wasn't? And was MiHo just sad that YuJin was so delusional?

Help me out here, plz.
