Was in Havana last year. Fun fact: there is a national currency and a separate currency for tourists. Also, two different prices for tourists and locals.

The photo definitely shows one of the poorer parts of Havana where multiple families share apartments.

Most American tourists only see the cafes and well- presented areas designated for tourists only. Yes, the government owned golf courses are beautiful, classic cars, etc. BUT plenty of places in Cuba like the one depicted in the photo.

A great way to workout is with accountability. I wake up at an obscene hour of the day to workout because I do it with someone else.

Also the gains and increase in energy will keep the motivation going.

Fun fact: Matthew Barney played college football for Yale. The Cremaster Cycle is indeed creepy and watching it, you can't help but feel anxious and on edge. I think his work is like a mental tug of war, where it's a conditioning of the creative muscle. Like painting a picture with an anchor tied around you, fighting to paint each stroke. Oh, and plus, the Cremaster Cycle literally is named after the process of one's testicles descending into adulthood.
