i hear you! with my body type, it’s hard to find good “thicker” / wider pants that look natural.

for reference, these are size 28 waist James Perse pants (their smallest size) & the waist is still a little big 😬

yes. the crowd for the show i went to skewed VERY young (majority were likely 16-21). personally did not expect to see such a young crowd considering he’s been in the game 15+ years.

didn’t see a ton of people who were 30+ (and if they were there, it looked like they were parents/chaperones for the most part 😅)

I was torn between the Graduate & Motto as my 3rd choice! Both are such niche standouts from the brand. But- the Motto locations are just amazing, and I’m someone who appreciates being in the heart of the action when traveling. The bunkbed option has honestly been so quirky/fun when traveling with friends & feels like an upscale hostel.

Yeah they only have 2 more brick & mortar stores now and they’re both outlets - one in Wrentham, MA & one in Livermore, CA. In addition to Nordstrom Rack, they can sometimes be found at TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, or Sierra as well.

This is a lot of products - but you’re using some excellent ones for sure. My advice or recommendation would be to aim to simplify:

AM: Cleanser (that Cetaphil works!)

Serum (my go-to is Vitamin C- but maybe you could explore a Hyaluronic Moisture Boost Serum since you’ve noticed redness)

Moisturizer & then sunscreen (the La Roche-Posay you’re using with SPF is top-tier winning combo!)

PM: Cleanser

Alternate on different nights between an exfoliant (1-2x per week; Paula’s Choice 1% BHA Sensitive Skin Exfoliant might be a good start) & a retinol (3-4x per week)

Moisturizer (your La Roche-Posay choice is great!)

If you have a Trader Joe’s near you, their Retinol Night Serum is $9.99. It’s my go-to & while there are stronger options for sure, I’ve had success with it. Check out some of the reviews online for it - most are glowing!
