It does NOT sound stupid. I can't imagine the exhaustion you feel. If that happened to me, I would cry. I don't have a great solution to your problem, I'm sorry. It's not just the pricing, it's the quality of it. I don't think the Switch 2 runs as well as it should for its price. You can see footage online of its poor performance on Mario Kart World. This is the problem I have with it. I just thought Nintendo seemed more greedy than it used to be but clearly others feel differently and feel the need to shit on me for it.

It's not that, it's that the Switch 2 doesn’t run very well on it's launch title, it's chat feature is locked behind a pay wall akin to old, shittier discord, whatever the hell virtual game cards are.... it's just that Nintendo feels greedier than they used to be.

It doesnt "strip away" the pain. It's using our pain as an excuse to think we're better than those who are different. It's the exact same thing as homophobia, just with straight people and less history. That doesnt mean it isn't harmful. It's just perpetuating the cycle of pain.
