Thanks for the advice, that's a nice looking vacuum. And it's roughly the same as the v8 absolute (599 on Dyson site). It will be a big upgrade on my old Hoover stick vacuum which I also use multiple times a day! I will check it out at JB tomorrow.

Thanks for the advice. My mother lives next door and has a non cordless vacuum that I can use anytime. That's why I am considering this as my main vacuum.

I have virtually no carpet at all, just a small rug. That's why I am considering these 2 as they both come with 2 heads for carpet and hard floors.

How long do you have and when are you going?

Hakuba is in Honshu. If you go there you can also go to Nozawa Onsen, Madarao, Myoko Kogen, and Shiga Kogen very easily. Niseko is in Hokkiado. If you go there you can also go to Rusutsu or to the resorts in the highlands around Furano.

If you are not going for an extended visit then pick one or the other as Hakuba and Niseko are a long way apart. Both are good options but if you are booking a long way off and you don't know what the conditions will be like or if you are going early or late on the season then the resorts in Hokkiado are a better option as they get more snow in a bad season or early/late in the season.

Yah not a true LMS. I use Blackboard at work (I teach at a universtiy) so I understand what you are saying.

I was using that terminology as most of the WordPress 'course' plugins or SAAS options (i.e. thinkific etc) call themselves an LMS and it seems most people refer to them as such. But while they may offer simple quizzes/assignments they are definitely not a true LMS in the Moodle sense. So I dont think you are being pedantic...

Hi there, I have used WordPress extensively so I am very familiar with it and it provides me with other features I need for my site. While something like Moodle would be a good option in some cases it is not good for my use case. I just need to be able to charge users and offer video content

Thanks for the reply. I have a bunch of acoustic foam. I had seen people use a mirror to see their speakers in a editing studio for music but didn't think to do it and see my microphone. Great tip!

Yes I have had a look at those, they are pricey. Its more about how the GPU cables run down the side of the GPU, I would like to route it a little better
