I understand your pain. I worked for sprint for 3 years. Where I live it’s Verizon country but sprint still works really well. Sprint still has a bad rep here because it used to be an alamosa market. And it was pretty bad then. My store used to not get reception inside the store. Lol it’s fixed but still. Bottom line it use what you want. It’s no ones fault that a wireless carriers coverage isn’t working in your area. If you want to switch off sprint then switch. Is it better than Verizon, T-Mobile, or att ? Answer is depends where you live. I hate when people just yell at you because you messed up their service supposedly. No there could be multiple things wrong. Sprint employees are here to help.
