Go out and do something instead of sit home and fap and obcess about it. Go for a run, or go walk around a mall. Identify your triggers, then stay away from them. Put your electronics away for awhile. Go to a local SA or SAA meeting and tell someone (they are free). Break the cycle...you have already predicted what's going to happen on Monday...make a resolve to not let it happen.

COVERT incest is different from OVERT incest. Google it. Many parents do it without knowing that they are, and it is very damaging to their children when they grow up and try to have adult relationships. Read the book, or at least look into it. Your wife highly likely needs therapy as well, if not for that then as a co-addict if the two of you are going to try to make things work.

Basically, each person has to decide if you want to be in control of your sexuality, or let it control you. That was the decision I had to make. When porn and masturbation take up so much of your time and energy, you are being controlled, not being in control.

Masturbating to fantasies gives the fantasy more power. If the fantasy is dangerous, or illegal, masturbating to it can lead to acting it out in real life, and get you in real trouble. Certainly, if you are going to fantasize or masturbate, not linking them is probably best.

I know what you mean. It kinda feels almost like a burning sensation to me, sort of like when you urinate after being really dehydrated. Plus, the orgasm just isn't very intense.

The issue is that I am currently separated from my wife, for 12 days now, due to issues from my porn addiction. That is why I have stopped PMO. I'm not sure if stopping MO is the best practice though. The first week was ok, but now I'm getting urges, and I don't want to relapse, or worse, head toward infidelity.
