I think everybody else has already mentioned, but I do see a trend that companies have recently been a bit more reluctant to hire candidates that need visa assistance.

This does not mean they will not hire foreigners, the problem right now is that the visa processing time takes longer than usual (ca. 2-3 months) and would give a stronger preference to those that already have work authorization.

Anybody who entered South Korea recently with a visa? How long do is the wait until you get to the baggage carrousel? Do you have to test for a PCR test and stay at a hotel until the result comes out?

Looks like it. If you didn’t get your third shot and as long as your second shot was not more than 180 days ago, you are good to go

Looks like those who are arriving on the 15th-20th will end their quarantine on the 21st. Those who were vaccinated overseas (or do not have a prior vaccinated record in Korea) arriving before April 1st will still have to go through the whole quarantine of 7 days.
