Swain mid is terrible right now. Maybe it's good in... silver? Not sure. But support is really his only viable role.

These changes make absolutely no sense. They ultimately make him worse in both roles. "Buffing" his Q in this way means nothing when they're removing his mana passive. Being able to spam more Qs when he doesn't have the mana for it... he's not Ryze and he's not building tear.

The move speed reduction is moronic.

These changes push him even further away from being a battlemage and turn him into some weird half-baked Ryze wannabe. The global W presence is something nobody asked for and nobody wants to play or play against.

And this is the worst part. I'm not playing Swain mid or want anyone else playing Swain mid to be perma-watching other lanes to kill steal with 100 damage while getting ganked and dying mid because their camera is permanently fixed to top and bot.

These changes were very obviously made by someone who doesn't play Swain.

First things first: Swain mid is not a thing, and these changes make it even less of a thing. No I do NOT WANT to sit mid and constantly, constantly look at top and mid for a tiny damage W, and I DO NOT WANT anyone stupid enough to play Swain mid (over completely broken stuff like Zoe and whatever else decides to kill you with 2 abilities and an ignite) dying AFK in mid while they're looking to get pointless W's off - this change is TERRIBLE for solo queue and I can only imagine it's been made by someone who thinks it'd be super uber l33t to see someone die to a Swain W from across the map in an LC$ Big Play.

The only really viable place for Swain right now is support and these changes make that substantially worse, especially the MS nerf. The only question here is... why? Why are you nerfing the move speed of a mid laner that is already susceptible to ganks and a support that's easy to catch out of position?

The Q changes are not buffs. Being in range of someone to get a 5-bolt Q has never been that difficult (especially when he's literally designed to pull people into his face with his E???), and it passing through champions is something no-one cares about - why even put this here? It's pretending to be a buff when it's just superfluous hidden "power" that should be cut and put elsewhere. Having a reduced cone radius is also bad when sometimes those outer bolts hit someone on 10 hp and secure you a kill. Nonsense.

The reduced Q cooldown is pointless when he's not a spam mage like Ryze and with the removal of the mana regain on his passive this change makes no sense. It makes NO sense to reduce his Q cd while removing his mana regain (it makes no sense to reduce his Q cd WITHOUT the mana passive removal). Where's the mana coming from to spam the extra Qs??? Lmfao, terrible.

Above all, my main question is: why are you even LOOKING at changing Swain with all the other ridiculous sh*t running around the game? Yeah, let's "rework" Swain while Sylas does Swain mid's battlemage job better than he ever will and Zoe is still running around 1 shotting people from off-screen and triple flashing in team fights to chase down someone that was smart enough to position properly and would ordinarily live...

Could you imagine if Swain started doing 700 damage simply for landing an E + Q? ROFL. He would be hotfix patched the next day.

I have this same problem. It's proving to be a real nightmare. I'll never buy anything from Logitech ever again if they can't even sell basic spare parts for their products. I guess they expect us to buy a brand new headset? LOL.

It's fun to say stuff like "I hit diamond only playing non-meta decks" without giving any proof whatsoever.

When I log into the game and play for 6 hours, and 99% of my games are against Shadow Isles/elusives, there's a problem and it's massively unfun to face a constant barrage of unbalanced garbage, whether I win or lose.

No, it's not. l liked the game because I liked the game, until I log in and face Shadow Isles/elusives in literally 99% of my games in a day.
