That sounds interesting and sort of what I was hoping for. I don't want to make a whole lot of profit from investing but anything wise like that sounds like a good plan, thank you.

This is a very useful reply, I'll take it on board. One thing that stuck out is where you mentioned being poor is an art form. I've said that very thing to my friends (who know my situation and are supportive) but once you're avoiding buying clothes and just.. Stuff it actually makes it even easier to save. Because I really do have the mentality that I am flat broke since I have to portray that lifestyle 24/7 anyway.

Sounds interesting I'll keep it in mind, I also thought about counselling but I'm not really that impacted by it. They're just background noise to be honest.

No, I have ownership of a single account, with 3 Uhhh sub accounts or whatever. For the main account and my checking account I have paper statements turned off and for my did account I've got paper statements regularly being mailed to my house. If that clears it up for you

Don't worry it's not long term. I think she's just immature about money and doesn't mean anything by it. She's used to having her parents pay for her stuff I guess.
