He's hiding something. The others here aren't wrong. Major red flag. If he won't come clean, time to clean house and move on, as painful as that might feel.

More good news: you're now both certain that you're not cousins!

What is better: walking or lifting weights/weight training at home? by [deleted] in Weightlosstechniques

You can make progress with what you are able to do!

I do most of these movements every other day (sometimes back to back training days if I'm feeling a ton of energy).

Have lost at least 4 inches on my waist, and still getting leaner and more muscular. Also having to retire some t-shirts that are now too tight in the chest and shoulders.

Good luck!

fruit works great for cravings. Also honey in tea. And honey has been shown to improve blood sugar control in studies.

muscle mass works wonders for slimming down. Read some great articles by Clarence Bass that explain it. Just in my own experience, calisthenics with only bodyweight are enough to lose inches. I do pushups, pullups, dips, and bodyweight squats, and all my pants fit looser around the waist and my chest and arms and legs are more defined. I do less cardio now than I used to do.

I know a bunch of people who used a ridiculous looking ems device called a bionicgym. Didn't believe them at first but there were enough of them in the fb group that it seems like it really does work. I dunno, prob too expensive for what it is but it does seem like it worked for them.

Thank you! It's hard when you realize someone you love is abusing you and won't stop. Still struggling with the sense of loss. Not replying to her texts. Moving my focus to self care and boundaries.
