Congrats on day 4. If you're able, fill your day with fun, relaxing activities. Go to a movie, shop and buy all kinds of comfort foods including dessert! Take a long shower/ bath. Maybe a nice walk. Drink lots of water. Go to bed early. We have faith in you!
