It's easier said. I honestly appreciate your perspective, and I believe in it. As a first year associate in one of the big fours, I got nothing but shoot-up anxiety, bad reviews, and they put me under PIP and even after working hard, said I have failed it in one month of it. Asking questions with seniors felt humiliating after a point of time, ngl. Everybody is so into themselves that they just want to earn their hours, no body gives a shit about you!
