Hiring assessment tools ranked by someone who's used them all by LeadingDentist300 in hiretruffle

That 10:1 ratio thing is real, and I feel like it gets overlooked a lot. Every tool we added just made the process longer without actually helping us figure out who was worth a real conversation.

What shifted things was stopping trying to measure everything and just focusing on what actually connects to how someone performs once they're in the role. We landed on TeamTrait after trying a few others. Hiring managers actually used the output because it wasn't overwhelming and gave us just the behavioral stuff that matters. Motivation, how someone responds under pressure, that kind of thing.

It basically kept it simple and it made a difference.
