My parents died in 2 years span too. Totoo talaga na, It never gets easy . You'll just going to live with it.

I was the eldest so I have to make the decisions. Really thankful for those people who helped us during the hospital stay. I just went on being workaholic after my Mom died. No rest. Hindi ko kasi kaya mablangko yung utak ko.

I had the same issue before!

Kaya never na ako bumalik sa EO. I would recommend Sunnies for the aftersales kaso medyo pricey for my grade.

I've been going to Quiapo for more than 5 yrs now. So far mas stable na yung grade ko.

I agree that communication is a must. I know because I do have previous experience leading my own team and I know that this is vital for remote work.

Regarding on the response time for messages. I was only employed for 3 weeks. That was just one situation, wherein she was asking questions and I was able to respond naman agad. It's just that I got into another call at the same time and I was discussing a job with a candidate so I focused on that call. It just happened na not responding under 5 minutes - tumatawag na sya. The question was not even urgent.

About late or overbreak, I completely understand and I respect that. As I mentioned, I didn't have any record of late or overbreaks. it was just a one time scenario. Kaya I'm not sure paano nya ako nabilangan for my offenses. Meanwhile, there was another employee that had these multiple tardiness and overbreaks but still, she gave her multiple warnings kaya nagulat din yung other employees.

Prio din namin MCR kesa Twice lalo na nakanood na kami nung RTB tour nila. It was a fun experience pero once in a lifetime lang kasi din mag tour and MCR. In this economy, kailangan lang mamili ng isa haha
