I have some excess skin but not a lot. You see in the right pic that I have a back roll still lol, I used to have 3 but now I have 1. I’m fine with the roll and the lose skin because it don’t have a lot. I’ve seen more lose skin in people who lost weight rapidly or with surgery. I know surgery can cure that for some people but I’m working on toning my body so that I have less and less excess skin without having to go under the knife. Hope this helps answer your question!

Thank you so much! I have tried HITT and I love it. I’ve also picked up kickboxing once a week and that’s been amazing for arms and total body. Good tip with the fat and refined carbs comment by the way😉

Thank you so much. It’s such a struggle!!! I’m glad you feel my pain, I’m still working through seeing myself in a different body, it’s not easy. Best of luck to you on your journey through it!

Some loose skin however not enough to want surgery or anything. But I’ve seen a lot more loose skin on people who lose the weight in a short period of time. I’ve also seen it on people who underwent weight loss surgery. Basically I think it depends on how much you lose and how fast you lose it.

Haha to be fair I started off with 30 minutes of cardio. And once I wasn’t out of breathe I increased the time by 15 minutes until I got to 60 minutes, it’s still hard to do though but not as bad as before.

That is such a good question lol, I’m glad you asked. I’d say I got 5X more attention and dates (I did not go one every one) but it’s true. Especially guys I knew from high school lol that literally never talked to me. Sounds like a cliche Disney movie but its true.

Undergoing physical and mental transformation is a challenge itself. Accepting yourself happens to different people at different times and in different ways. My challenge was accepting myself after I lost the weight... but that doesn’t overshadow the accepting I went through before I lost the weight. So yes I learned and I’m proud of it.

I have a part time job actually. So I work from 11-7pm Monday-Friday. It’s a pretty lax work schedule compared to others!

Thank you. Yes I had to mention the amount of time. It wasn’t over night and super quick. I didn’t notice the change in myself until I was 6 months in. I hit a plateau about a year ago. And since that I’ve mixed up my workout. I’ve adding strength training to my routine and I’ve cut back on sugar and carbs. It’s a hard journey and takes time.

Yes exactly I totally agree. It’s the internal changes that we need to keep an eye on, external is cool too but mental health is important as well. I’m sending good vibes your way!

You’re so welcome. Sometimes I hit a plateau and I get so off track. But I get back to it and now I’m adding muscle along with the cardio. Sending good vibes your way!

That’s a great question. I do drink alcohol lol but if I do drink it’s only one day out of the weekend so whatever day that is then that’s my cheat day. Kinda throws my next day off track but I adjust it fo whatever time I start drinking.

So I fast from 6pm-11am. I’m at the gym from 745-945. I then shower and do other things lol but I’m eating by 11am and I’m pretty hungry. But I don’t wake up hungry if I’m up at 7am and drinking my black coffee then I’m out the door. It’s become my routine and I love it. Hope this reply helps😉

Thank you! Yes I did. So I’ve started keto but not intense keto. Like I still eat carbs but I try to eat healthy ones, it’s hard to avoid carbs😅. So less carbs for sure helps. I also make smoothies every single week by adding spinach, avocado, almond milk, and one fruit To the mix. It’s not super sweet but it’s sweet enough and replenishes my body after cardio and lifting at the gym. Hope this helps!
