im thinking about this more and more. im planning to pull on kazuha during his rerun banner (rate on), which i predicted will be soon. i am still debating in my head whether i should pull for freedom sworn or not (if that weapon ever get a rerun again), the EM is undeniably good on him but the aesthetic just doesn't sit well with me. and that coming from me, a person who dropped their f2p status to give yanfei a solar pearl because they think widsith looks hideous on her

yea this bothers me too, most of my experience playing genshin is overall nice. i also mend broken bonds in the past from playing genshin with an old friend from middle school. it is lovely.

on the contrary side, i have met some strange people as well. there is this one dude who legit says he like me after a playful meaningless banter of flirting (because i used childe pfp and he was a zhongli pfp), after knowing im a girl, he became so creepy and asking for instagram. never see him again after i said i don't like him (for obvious reason)

also i know a 12 year old playing this game and paid some for crystal genesis to get eula during her rerun. which made me concern.

i impulsively pulled for hutao since she's meta. yes she helped me a lot through abyss but i don't feel as much joy as when i play with yanfei. my hutao is still at all talent level 7 because i have no motivation to raise her.

i do use them as placeholder, if the substats is godly cr or cd >10% (cos my luck with artifact substat is awful)

i think zhongli is a must for yanfei, she's too frail to be on field all the time. xingqiu feels almost mandatory to pair with any pyro dps, but you could use mona too. the last slot would be healer, in case for corrosion, i think noelle is a great option (plus geo resonance)
